Welcome to the course web site for the Services
Marketing (MKT 405) class! After 7 years of
using more or less the same design template, I have changed the
layout of the web site last semester. However,
in reality the web site
is still in a state of transition. So, if something is not
working, or you cannot find it, please let me know and I will look
into it. Here is a brief summary of what you should find
if you select the Course Information
menu option on the left:

Announcements: From time to time important announcements
regarding the course will be placed here.

Syllabus: Your will find the syllabus, assignments, and
quiz insurance files for the course.

Schedule: Here you will
find a tentative course schedule for this semester; hyperlinks to
the PowerPoint slides provided for the course are also provided.

Class Discussion: Links
to all of the chapter, article, and case discussion questions are
provided here.

Student Grades: Once the
semester unfolds, and if you provide permission, you will be able
to find your grades posted on this page.

I have tried to think of all of the topics that
might be of interest to students and have provided
them on the left. If you have any
