Welcome to the supplemental
course web site for the Services
Marketing (MKT 405) class!
The web site
is in a state of transition. So, if something is not
working, or you cannot find it, please let me know and I will look

quiz insurance files for the course.

Schedule: Here you will
find a tentative course schedule for this semester; hyperlinks to
the PowerPoint slides provided for the course are also provided.

Class Discussion: Links
to all of the chapter, article, and case discussion questions are
provided here.

Student Grades: Once the
semester unfolds, and if you provide permission, you will be able
to find your grades posted on this page.
